The Power Hour
Solely focused on building strength. This is a slower paced class, as we are focusing on strength moves and proper technique. The exercises are similar to powerlifting, with accessory lifts as well. All levels of fitness and experience are welcome!
Barbell Club
Olympic and Strength Lifts
We offer barbell club 4x per week, focusing on your standard Oly lifts and strength lifts. You will be refining your technique and form, while building up strength and efficiency with these lifts.
Small Group Personal Training with Kim
Classes are focused on weight loss, strength building, and body sculpting. A variety of equipment is used, from kettlebells and dumbbells to resistance tubes and sliders. You will receive nutrition guidance and accountability to help you keep on you goal focused. This is a class for all ranges of fitness and experience
Group Personal Training with Michelle
Classes are focused on weight loss, strength recovery and rehabilitation. A variety of equipment is used from kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance equipment and sometimes starts off at body weight work only. The Raising the Bar program is for those 50 and over, although anyone with rehabilitative issues or concerns are welcome. Specialized corrective work is available through one on one training sessions and are usually short term.
